Serves 4 1 lb Lobster (cooked) 1 cup Heavy cream 35% 3 cups Tomato sauce 2 tsp Chili flakes 1 tsp Lobster base 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped) 4 portions Pappardelle (or any long pasta) In a large pot add 2L of water with 1/4 tsp salt and bring to a boil for cooking the pasta. Bring heavy cream to a simmer and wisk in Lobster base until fully incorporated. Stir in tomato sauce, chili flakes, lobster meat and bring to a boil then set aside. Cook the pasta of choice until desired done-ness. Add the cooked pasta to the already hot sauce, add chopped parsley and serve.
